SOCIAL SUPPORT

A percentage of the funds collected in each event is destined to support homeless people, donations to homes for the elderly and the elderly, as well as to support indigenous peoples and, in general, the segments of the population that most need it in our country.

¿Que incluye el precio de compra? (Evento en Vivo)

El precio de compra incluye acceso al evento en vivo (En el día y hora programada), es decir, una vez registrandote (realizado el pago e ingresando tu correo y contraseña), podrás disfrutar del evento online sin restricción alguna. No compartas tu registro e inicio de sesión con nadie, ya que si por alguna razón la sesión se inicia desde otra computadora simultáneamente, el acceso será cancelado y ya no podrás disfrutar del evento.
¿A que se destinan los fondos para apoyo social?

Un porcentaje de los fondos reunidos de cada evento, se destina para apoyo a las personas en situación de calle, donativos para asilos de personas de la tercera edad, pueblos indígenas y en general a los sectores de la población más necesitados en nuestro país. En este año 2020 serán destinados al apoyo de despensas e insumos médicos en esta época de contención por el Covid-19.
¿Puedo acceder posteriormente al video grabado de un evento en vivo?

Es posible acceder a las grabaciones de los eventos en vivo, comprando tu boleto para la retransmisión del mismo.
¿Para que usarán mis datos personales que ingresé en la compra de boletos?

Los datos personales (correo, contraseña y nombre) serán utilizados para tu ingreso al evento que contrataste y compartirte contenido exclusivo de los artistas o conferencistas de forma gratuita a tu correo, o bien, notificarte de nuevas promociones y/o eventos. No empleandose para ningún otro fin.
